I finally see a difference with Codi being off meds. Ugh now I hate it when he is off.!!

Word of Advice

Everything you say to my child he takes very literal!! Every flipping word. Ugh

His temper has gotten a lot worst. Pitches fits now more than ever. IE tonight his peas got on his noodles and down he goes on the floor kicking and screaming

East Peoria

OMG I will never do this again! 2 1/2 hrs in the car 2 hrs in the waiting room for a 20 min apt.  By the time we got home poor Codi was going crazy. That boy sure can eat though. Had one happy meal 2 cheeseburgers and a dipped ice cream cone.

To keep his SSI Codi has 3 doctors apts next month One East  Two in Champaign and number 3 in Charleston

just found out I have to take Codi to East Peoria ugh thats like 4 hrs one way on a bus

Codi in my mind is doing the same. The doc is talking about updating his meds after he gets all papers back  So we shall see what happens.

Issues

Yes I know Codi has several issues and now I think he is dealing with depression as well. I mean come on he is only 8 years old WTF??

Poor Codi

I had an IEP meeting at his school yesterday. So I walked into the office just as school was getting out and the secretary told me Codi  was in the nurse's office puking. I felt soooo bad for him. He got to sit in the IEP meeting though which he thought was pretty cool.  I am happy to report he is feeling a little better today.

Anger

Well Codi did it again, this time he threatened a student on the bus with a piece of plastic. WTF! The bus driver told me not to worry about it, but I wonder if giving him special treatment is good or bad at this point in time.

Go Figgure

 When Codi was little we tried getting him onto different things IE a boat and a four wheeler. He wouldn't have anything to do with either. On the boat I had to strap him into his car seat just to keep him from jumping off (and he cant swim).  Wouldn't even go near the four wheeler. But last summer here he is ridding a motorcycle with our roommate at the time.

Mistake

Ok maybe us trying to get him to fight back all the time has officially back fired. Now he fights us back so that's not what I wanted to teach him, I want him to fight other people. IE the ones that hit him on the buss or something not his sisters, brother, dad and I. Oh well back to the drawing board.

8 years ago you where born and gave us all a heart attack. During labor and delivery your heart rate dropped from 175 to 75 in like tow minutes. You had to be taken out via c-section. I am so glad you are here now 8 yrs later. Happy birthday Codi we love you.

Angry

Well guessing the the title of this entry you can tell Codi seams really angry here lately. Enough so he is driving me crazy. Just always mad at everyone and everything. Ugh. The real scary thing is his meds don't seam to do a damn thing! IE we had him off meds for a week straight and his teacher didn't even notice a difference. But at home it was like black and white. Why??

Seeing as this blog now has a follower I figured I should post something. Codi is now in second grade and loving it. He actually made a friend too. Here  is an updated pic of him. Loving life and having fun.I cant believe he turns 8 at the end of the month.
